It was good quality material and the colors were very bright. The headpiece was small but still it was very cute for Halloween parties. We ordered a medium which was from size seven to ten. My grandaughter usually wears an eight and it was a perfect fit for her. You could tighten it up in the front if you needed to. She got a lot of compliments on it.  |
